Brine bok choy with salt #. Blanch cut bamboo shoot and cut salt pork #. Brown pork belly in an air fryer #. To a pot, add water, bamboo shoot, salt pork, pork belly #. Boil for 40 minutes, then slice pork belly #. Add sliced pork belly, tofu knots and boil for another 5 minutes #. Finish by adding bok choy and serve
