Brown beef belly with an air fryer #. Cut daikon #. In a pan, add water and bring to a boil #. Add uncut beef belly and star anise #. Add zhuhou sauce and simmer for at least 4 hours #. Add chopped up daikon at least 30 minutes before finishing #. Chill in the refrigerator #. Cut beef into small pieces #. Reheat everything then separate sauce and reduce #. Mix ingredients in sauce and serve
