🔢Directions
----------------------

#. Cook rice
#. Make potato eggplant sauce with shisanxiang (or star anise, green onion and ginger), oyster sauce, a little doenjang
#. Stir fry minced meat (optional)
#. Make egg sauce with green onion and doenjang
#. Mix in rice with garlic, zhacai, chili oil, cilantro and green onion
#. Serve along with cabbage leaves
