Reconstitute fuzhu #. Brown pork belly in an air fryer #. Heat a pan of oil over high heat and saute until aromatic #. Make caramel with water and sugar until brown #. Add water, shaoxing wine, ginger, green onions, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, dried chili, seasonings, pork belly and simmer while reducing for one and a half hour #. Add other ingredients towards the end #. With a strainer, separate sauce and reduce until thick #. Slice pork belly and coat with sauce #. Garnish with green onion and serve
